We are able to cater for both indoor and outdoor events and will arrive at your function fully equipped with serving tables and a gazebo for outdoor use.
Before cooking, the rind of our home-produced pork is scored evenly and salted, which will produce thin strips of crispy crackling. The cooked meat is freshly carved and served in quality white or brown baps and to accompany pork we offer home-made apple sauce and our own recipe stuffing.
Lamb is seasoned and studded with garlic and rosemary and served with traditional mint sauce. Sirloins of beef are seasoned and served with horseradish.
We also offer venison, chicken, duck and game.
